Right well I had a piece of luck on Ebay and my machine has changed yet again.

Well I had it. It was installed and it worked. All up until I wanted to do something in windows, then it ground to a halt.

So in the end after all that Linux doesn’t seem to want to coexist nicely on my machine and I was better off when I had just Windows on the thing!! So back I go to windows. Read More »

Well I’m fairly happy now. I have a dual booting system which is fairly quiet (very quiet considering how many fans I have and how few solid panels there are on this case).

On the Linux side I tried just about everything. It was beginning to seem like each version would either cause problems with the graphics running in SLi or the file structure. I’ve reinstalled Windows and various Linux versions more times than I can remember. It was the shining silver line in the cloud of having a real bad cold (man flu) for three days!! Read More »
